CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0054-R2 pursuant to section 1602-2017-0054-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Nevada City.
There are two primary objectives of the proposed project, !) restore approx. 640 linear feet (195 meters) of Little Deer Creek; 2) to reduce flooding impacts to the adjacent Lower Field, and general vicinity of Pioneer Park, by widening the streambed and regrading the Lower Field.
