Document Description
An Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) was prepared for the proposed replacement of the structurally deficient CR 29 Bridge over Dry Slough Bridge Number 22C·0117, with a new bridge meeting current standard for design, construction, and maintenance. Compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Is required to qualify for funding through the Federal Highways Administration. A Natural Environmental Study-Minimal Impacts in accordance with NEPA, has been approved by Caltrans for this project.
