- The Central Valley RWQCB is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The Project consists of the installation of a pump station at the northwest intersection of Hwy 113 and Fry Road. The pump station would have a footprint of 760 sq. ft. and 30 feet per second conveyance capacity. The project will permanently impact 0.0072 acre/25 linear feet and temporarily impact 0.02 acre/50 linear feet of waters of the United States.
