Document Description
The project consists of 1 point of diversion from an unnamed tributary to Sebbas Creek. Work for this encroachment includes one water diversion to be relocated out of the ATV road/trail. The point of diversion shall be placed upstream or downstream of the crossing, then to storage for domestic household use only. Other work will include
maintenance and use of POD infrastructure. Additionally, the water tanks and generator/pumps shall be pulled back from the bank at a distance where delivery of any debris or fuels is avoided. Also, this notification discloses one rainwater catchment pond that provides for all the irrigation needs for cannabis operations. The rain catchment pond is lined with a water bladder which extends to the bank. This pond contains macro-vertebrates and micro invertebrates and appears to be hydrologically disconnected.
