- The project is limited to remediation of un-permitted work at three stream encroachments at a cannabis cultivation property. The project includes upgrading two existing culverted stream crossings by correcting their placement, adding rock energy dissipation to the outlets and adding critical dips to the road surface. The project also includes removal of an on-stream reservoir, restoration of the affected stream channel and relocation or removal of a cannabis cultivation site.
