Document Description
The project was initiated in response to a CDFW Notice of Violation (NOV) letter dated October 24, 2018. The project is limited to the following activities: 1) removal of water diversion infrastructure used to irrigate cannabis (i.e. , water lines, gasoline water pump, soil contaminated with petroleum, refuse, water tank(s), and cinder blocks) and 2) removal of an existing grade control structure and associated tires, scrap metal and built up sediment from out of a stream channel. All work shall be done using hand tools, and those materials shall be transported from the site using non-motorized methods.
