The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0680-R1 , pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Ian Finley. The project is limited to two (2) encroachments (Table 1). Encroachment 1 is for maintenance of an existing bridge on an unnamed tributary to Powerhouse Canal. Encroachment 2 is for maintenance of an existing weir on the same unnamed tributary.
