Document Description
The project is limited to three encroachments. Two encroachments are for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to Outlet Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. Additional work may be necessary to modify the diversion infrastructures to conform to the Avoidance and Minimization measures in this Agreement. The one other proposed encroachment is to remove an unpermitted water diversion from an unnamed tributary to Outlet Creek. Work for this water diversion removal project will involve removing the water diversion infrastructure, filling the hole that was dug to access water, recontouring of the channel to connect to the previously modified stream channel below, and erosion controls as necessary. See NOD for full details.
