Document Description
Project includes the following activities at a cannabis cultivation property: 1) maintenance of existing water diversion infrastructure within a stream channel, 2) diversion of water via gravity from a single point of diversion (POD), within an unnamed tributary, 3) removal of refuse from two stream channels, and 4) maintenance or removal of an existing small on-stream dam. Water will only be diverted from the tributaries to Burger Creek to off-stream storage tanks, between Nov. 1, and March 31 and only during periods of periods of high stream flows.
