Document Description
The project is limited to one (1) encroachments. The encroachment is to upgrade a failing culvert. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the failing culvert, replacement with new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. Eight additional stream crossings and a pond were described but not included as projects in the notification. Not enough information was included to determine whether CDFW concurs that the stream crossings or pond do not require notification pursuant to FGC section 1602. This Agreement does not cover other jurisdictional infrastructure or activities on the property (including the additional stream crossings, or water diversion). Accordingly, the applicant must submit a separate.notification to the Department for all other applicable infrastructure or activities.
