The project consists of one encroachment: The encroachment is for water diversion from a pond that appears to be filled in part by shallow ground water and connected to an unnamed tributary to Woodman Creek. Water is diverted for irrigation use. Work for the water diversion will include ensuring diversion structure is consistent with this agreement and use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The Notification discloses a groundwater well of unknown depth for domestic use pumping at an unknown rate year-round. The Notification discloses a stream crossing with an existing 18" diameter culvert. The only proposed work will involve clearing outlet of debris by hand and standard maintenance. The Notification also discloses two ditch relief culverts with drainage ditches that are rocked and flow towards a nearby stream. Both have existing 18" diameter culverts and no work is proposed.
