Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0774-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ms. Tara Sims.
The project is limited to one (1) encroachment. The proposed encroachment is to upgrade and replace the pond outlet culvert on an existing pond. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of materials (including fill
material and the old culvert); replacement with a new, properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. The notification also disclosed the location and use of a well as the property's water source.
