Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0620-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Matt Smith. The project Is limited to seven (7) encroachments. All proposed encroachments are to maintain existing stream crossings that meet the conditions of this Agreement, or to upgrade undersized culverts. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the failing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts, back-filling and compaction of fill and/or rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. The notification also disclosed the use of a well as the water source for the property, and the existence of a spring Water is not diverted from the spring for consumptive use.
