Document Description
The project is limited to 1 encroachment (Table 1) on off stream pond that during high flow overflows into an unnamed tributary of Eldridge Creek. Water stored in the pond is used for cannabis cultivation. The Permittee has disclosed a spring that is utilized for domestic purposes located at lat/long 39.2253, -123.3281. This agreement does not cover the use of the spring.
