Document Description
The project is consists of one encroachment. The proposed encroachment is to upgrade a failing and potentially undersized culvert. Work for this encroachment could include excavation, removal of the failing culvert, replacement with new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. Energy dissipater shall be installed on culvert outlet as needed. Project commencement is contingent upon CDFW review and approval of yet to be submitted stream crossing design plans reflective of this description and the stream crossing design measure listed in the agreement. The notification also discloses a 200 feet groundwater well for domestic and irrigation use pumping at 9 gpm year-round.
