- The project consist of on encroachment: The encroachment is for water diversion from Meyer Gulch, tributary to Mill Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. Water will be diverted via submersible pump placed within an existing 3 foot diameter metal culvert installed vertically to a depth of 6 feet on the bank of Meyer Gulch. The notification also discloses two existing wells for domestic and irrigation use.
