Document Description
The project is limited to two encroachments. Encroachment No. 1 is for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to Haehl Creek (POD-1). Water is diverted and stored in an onstream pond for domestic use and cannabis irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. Encroachment No. 2 is to replace an existing culvert with culvert on an unnamed tributary to henlsey Creek. Work will include excavation, removal of the failing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. This LSAA does not restroactively permit those crossings nor does it permit any maintenance, repair, or replacement of those culverts.
