Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-51246-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Jason Zumalt. The Project is limited to one encroachment with two components, water diversion from an on-stream reservoir and maintenance of an existing spillway. The first component is for water diversion from an on-stream reservoir located on an unnamed tributary to Forsythe Creek. Water is diverted for irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure and installation of a staff gage to estimate water level. The second component is to maintain the existing reservoir spillway. Work for this encroachment will include removing revegetation within the spillway channel and adding rock armoring as necessary.
