Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-24035-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Anne-Carole Foucteau-Rector. The project is limited to one encroachment. The encroachment is for assessment, use, and maintenance of an existing on-stream impoundment as described in this Agreement, and maintenance and use of existing water diversion infrastructure. The existing impoundment requires assessment by a qualified, California licensed qualified professional (see conditions 2.24 and 2.25). If substantial required work is identified during the assessment, an amendment to this Agreement, or submission of a new Lake or Streambed Alteration notification, may be required. Water is diverted for domestic use, including a vegetable garden, landscaping, and an orchard. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure.
