Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-53386-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Satya Davidson. The first encroachment (POD-1) is for water diversion for cannabis irrigation from a hydrologically connected pond that outlets to a Class III stream, tributary to Tenmile Creek. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The second encroachment (POD-2) is for water diversion from an unnamed Class II tributary to Rattlesnake Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use.
