Document Description
The project is limited to 3 encroachments, Encroachment No. 1 is for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to Hensley Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use and cannabis irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastrutcure. Encroachment No. 2 is to replace an undersized culvert with a 72 inch metal culvert on an unnamed tributary to Hensley Creek. Work will include excavation, removal of the failing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. Encroachment No. 3 is a dry ford across Hensley Creek.
