Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-49592-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ole Spencer Stribling.
The Project is limited to one encroachment. The proposed encroachment is to decommission an existing stream crossing, and restore and revegetate the stream at the removed crossing location. Work for this encroachment will include soil loosening, excavation, removal of the existing culvert, removal of all associated fill, recontouring the stream channel to match the original channel, revegetation, and application of erosion controls as necessary to minimize erosion.
