Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-11106-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Jerry Munn. The project is limited to one (1) encroachment, installation of a minimum 18-inch diameter culvert on an unnamed tributary to Big Rock Creek (SC-2). Work for this encroachment will include excavation, installation of the new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. Within nine (9) months of the effective date of this Agreement and prior to construction, Permittee shall submit final plans and calculations for the design of the stream crossing project for CDFW review and acceptance. An existing on-stream pond is used for aesthetic purposes. Water is not diverted from the pond for consumptive use. A well located at 39.78869, -123.28257 is the water source for irrigation. This Agreement does not authorize additional projects subject to the notification requirement pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602 that were identified during the November 10, 2022, site inspection. Before work can commence for the additional projects identified, the Permittee shall notify for the projects either through a major amendment to this Agreement or through a separate Notification.
