The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-48668-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Creek Tompkins. The Project is limited to two (2) encroachments. One encroachment (identified as Reservoir #1) is for water diversion from a reservoir. Water is diverted for irrigation. The second encroachment (identified as POD #1) is for a separate water diversion from the stream that flows into Reservoir #1.
