Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-49028-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Alexander Cummings. The Project is limited to one (1) encroachment. The encroachment is for monitoring and maintenance of an existing culvert. Work for this encroachment will include monitoring and maintenance with hand tools, and replacement when needed including excavation, removal of the existing culvert, replacement with a new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
