Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-MEN-17129-R1C) pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Richard Foltz. The project is limited to 4 encroachments. One encroachment is replacing the existing 16-inch culvert on an ephemeral stream with a new 24-inch diameter culvert. The second encroachment is for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to Rowes Creek. The third encroachment is for the replacement of the existing spillway of the off-stream pond. The fourth encroachment is associated with the remediation and erosion/stabilization of equestrian stable/stall areas.
