Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-37509-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Pamela Whiting. The project is limited to two (2) encroachments. The first encroachment (STX-1) is to monitor and maintain an existing stream crossing. Work for this encroachment will include monitoring and maintenance of the crossing and the roadside ditch that contributes flow to the crossing from above, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. The second encroachment (STX-2) is to upgrade an existing culvert. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the existing culvert, replacement with a new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion
