Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-MEN-38484-R1C), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Anarbol Lopez. The project is limited to one encroachment for the upgrading of an existing spillway. The encroachment is for reconstructing of the upper spillway with re-enforced concrete, installing grouted 18” diameter rock within the concrete at the transition to the lower spillway, and replacing the concrete with CalTrans Class V rock (D50 = 18”) in the lower spillway, and removing the concrete ford below the spillway and installing a rock armored channel comprised of D50 = 18” rock.
