Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-41295-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Paul Larramendy. The Project is limited to one (1) encroachment. The proposed encroachment is to upgrade an existing low water crossing on Romers Dairy Creek, a restorable fish bearing stream . Work for this encroachment will include rocking both approaches to the crossing up to the top of the bank. Rock size that follows Caltrans Class I Rock Slope Protection (median size of D50 = 6 inches) shall be used on the approaches. No rock armoring shall be added to the channel and no modification of the channel is permitted. Vehicles shall not be operated on low water crossings when water is present.
