Document Description
The project consists of three encroachments. One proposed encroachment is to upgrade and existing low water crossing. Work for this encroachment will include rock fortification of both road approaches, addition of 1.5-2inch well graded aggregated in the channel to increase shear strength and fill voids in existing placed rock. The other proposed encroachment is to upgrade a failing an undersized culvert. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the failing culvert, replacement with new properly sized culvert, back filling and compaction of fill, for domestic purpose. The Notification initially disclosed the intent to develop a new point of diversion and a storage reservoir to support irrigation of cannabis, however the applicant has decided to pursue a ground water well neat the existing cultivation area instead.
