Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0574-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Tobias Clainos. The project is limited to the seasonal operation and maintenance of an existing well approx. 50ft adjacent to Anderson Creek, tributary to the Navarro River. The well has a static water depth of roughly 30ft and will divert water up-slope via an electric, powered pump to a pump house at a maximum rate of 10 gallons per minute. Water will be distributed from the pump house to storage tanks (approx. .43 acre feet) for cannabis crop irrigation.
