Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-35782-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Deann Green. The project is limited to one (1) encroachment. The encroachment is for repair and replacement of components of an existing ditch relief culvert with a downspout that outlets to a stream. Work will include replacement of existing 15-inch diameter pipe with 18-inch diameter pipe, and connecting to the existing 18-inch diameter downspout. Any existing leaks will be repaired, with joints anchored securely to the slope. Additional work will be conducted to minimize erosion and sediment delivery, including rock armoring the fill slope above the ditch relief culvert, rocking the gully under the downspout, and installation of rock at the culvert (downspout) outlet.
