Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0259-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Albert Lee. The project is limited to one encroachment. The proposed encroachment is to upgrade a stream crossing to facilitate fish passage. The project will also include the installation of rock weirs to assist with fish passage. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the existing culverts, replacement with a new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. All work shall follow the engineered designs and plans submitted with the September 13, 2021 Notification revision that have been accepted by CDFW Conservation Engineering staff.
