Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-29636-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Stephen Krueger. The project is limited to one (1) encroachment to replace two 30-inch double barrel culverts with a seasonal rock ford crossing. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the existing culverts, and installation of a rock ford crossing. Vehicles shall not be operated on the crossing when water is present. The crossing shall accommodate the estimated 100-year flood flow, including debris and sediment. Final construction plans for the crossing shall be submitted to CDFW for review and acceptance within three (3) months from the effective date of this Agreement, after which the Permittee shall allow 60 days for CDFW review and written acceptance prior to project implementation.
