Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-29084-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Octavio Diaz.
This Agreement relies on the Notification materials. The project is limited to two (2) encroachments to upgrade existing culverts (Table 1). Work for Encroachment 1 will include rock armoring at the inlet and outlet of an existing culvert. Work for Encroachment 2 will include excavation, removal of the existing culvert, replacement with a new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
The permittee also disclosed a well as a water source for cannabis irrigation, located at 39.23051, -123.50682.
