Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-17638-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Justin Guy Stewart.
The project is limited to two (2) encroachments.
One encroachment is to upgrade a failing and undersized culvert. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, placement of a new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
One encroachment is for stream remediation and includes the following activities: remove dry shed and decommission landing; remove waste and dispose of at appropriate facility; restore stream in conformance with the Disturbed Area Stabilization Plan submitted with the Notification, and required Revegetation Plan; and decommission the seasonal road according to plans included in the Notification.
