Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-11450-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Ricardo DeMello.
The proposed project is limited to maintenance of two existing culverts on tributaries to Feliz Creek. Culverts are located at Lat/ Log 38.983956, -123.205701 and 38.986086, -123.208025. The agreement only covers maintenance of the existing culverts and does not include diversion of water from the property. Any diversion may require separate authorization. The culvert maintenance is associated with a commercial cannabis site.
