The project is limited to 4 encroachments. Encroachment 1 is for water diversion from an existing spring box to an existing home and pond. Water is diverted for domestic use. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure (spring box). Encroachments 2-4 are for stream crossing improvements including replacement of an undersized culvert, armoring of an existing culvert, and installation of a rocked ford.
