Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0156-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Brooke Diggs. The project is limited to one (1) encroachment. This encroachment involves removal a shipping container on the stream bank, and implementation the Stream Restoration Plan and Planting Plan as submitted as part of the Notification. Work for this encroachment will include fill removal, grading, revegetation, and application of appropriate erosion control materials to avoid or minimize erosion.
