Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0029-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Dennis Wilburn. The project is limited to five encroachments. Five proposed encroachments are to upgrade failing and undersized stream crossings. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the failing crossings, replacement with new properly sized crossings, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. For the pond inlet project, the work will be the same as the other stream crossings, except after the culvert is removed, restoration and revegetation of the stream channel will be performed, and no new culvert will be added. Stream Restoration and Revegetation Plan shall be submitted to CDFW for acceptance prior to project implementation.
