Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-21201-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Alexander Pearson.
The project is limited to three (3) encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from a spring. Water is diverted for irrigation and domestic use. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure.
One proposed encroachment is to upgrade a failing culvert. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the failing culvert, replacement with new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
One proposed encroachment is for installation of a rocked ford in accordance with plans submitted with the Notification. The ford shall not be used for vehicle traffic when surface water is present in the stream.
