The project is limited to 6 encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from unnamed tributaries to Ingram Creek. Water is diverted for irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include moving bypass outlet and use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The 5 other proposed encroachments are to replace
undersized stream crossings, install new stream crossings or install energy dissipation rock armoring. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the undersized crossings, replacement with new properly sized crossings, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
