The project is limited to 2 encroachments. One encroachment is to remove concrete and fencing from an unnamed tributary to Crawford Creek. The other proposed encroachment is to upgrade an undersized reservoir outlet culvert. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the concrete, replacement with new properly sized outlet, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion and installing a weir and bypass piping
