Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0560-R1, pursuant to 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to project applicant, Nathaniel Buttrick of Madrone Grown, LLC. The project is limited to two encroachments: 1) maintenance of an existing cylindrical spring-box within a stream channel, and 2) diversion of water using the cylindrical spring-box single point of diversion (POD), withi an unnamed tributary to Big River. Water will only be diverted from this unnamed tributary to off-stream storage tanks, between November 1 and march 31 and only during periods of high stream flows.
