Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS No. 08524-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Steve Melrose. The project is limited to operating a commercial cannabis operation on site which will be a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation Project up to 10,000 sq. ft. of canopy. Cultivation will occur in three established garden areas on the property. The cultivation areas are shown in an applicant provided aerial image includes as Exhibit A. The water source is supplied by on site groundwater well.
