Document Description
Project 1 - Remove an existing 18" x 20' corrugated plastic pipe (CPP) and replace it with a 24" x 20' culvert set at channel grade. This culvert is located in a Class III streamaccess road crossing approximately 88 feet beyond the residence on this parcel; gps coordinates 39.004152, -123.191906. After installing the new culvert the inlet and outlet of the pipe will be rock armored to prevent scour. Exposed soil will be treated with native grass seed and straw mulch to revegetate the site. Project 2 - Repair and maintain an existing 48" x 40' culverted (CPP) Class III stream crossing, gps coordinates 39.00436, -123.19128. Repair is to the rock armor at both the inlet and outlet ends of the culvert and will be done with hand labor. Disturbance to fill or native soil is not expected, however, after repairing the rock armor if there is any exposed soil it will be treated with native grass seed and straw mulch to re-vegetate the site.
