- The project is limited to 4 encroachments. One encroachment is to rock armor an existing 24 inch culvert on an unnamed stream. A second encroachment is to divert water from an unnamed stream to a small hydroelectric generator. Water is diverted to the generator and then returned to the same stream channel. A Third encroachment is to install a 30 inch culvert in an unnamed stream. A fourth encroachment is to install an 18 inch culvert in an unnamed stream.
