The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-08216-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Eric Velasco. The notification identified the project as the use of a well, located on an adjacent parcel, as the water source for irrigation and domestic purposes on the project property. The notification states that the well is deeded to the project property. The notification also disclosed manual routine maintenance of six existing stream crossing culverts.
