Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-07406-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Justin Lindholm.
The project is limited to one (1) encroachment. An unnamed tributary to Blue Rock Creek is impounded by an earthen dam. Water is diverted for commercial irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include upgrades to the water diversion infrastructure and use and routine maintenance. Remediation of the reservoir will include rock armoring the inlet, outlet, and downstream channel, and redesigning the failing spillway and embankment; designs for these upgrades, as well as a stability analysis that includes recommendations for additional remediation of the reservoir, shall be prepared by a licensed professional and submitted to CDFW for review and approval within 90 days from the effective date of this Agreement.
