Document Description
The project is limited to 4 encroachments on unnamed tributaries to the Eel River. One encroachment is for water diversion for domestic use only. Work for the water diversion will include upgrade, use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The other encroachments are to upgrade two failing and
undersized culverts and upgrade the inlet and failing outlet of an onstream pond and remove unauthorized placement of non-native fish. Work for these encroachments will include some or all of the following: excavation, culvert removal, culvert replacement, backfilling and compaction of fill, water diversion, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
